Markfield Congregational Community Church is an independent church and a member of the Congregational Federation of Churches. Their is no hierachy and no elaborate rituals and each church decides its own affairs and patterns of worship decided by church meeting, which aims to discern the mind of Christ for the church, by the actions of the Holy Spirit. Congregational Churches are inclusive churches that believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and is our Lord and Saviour and with the Holy Spirit in Trinity enables us to know the love and grace of God.
